What to Expect
The treatment will begin with healing, massage and relaxation techniques, to relax and calm your mind and body. Slowing down and/or stopping the ‘monkey mind’. This will gradually induce deep relaxation and/or sleep. Clients have described it as being in a dreamlike or meditative state, sometimes aware of the treatment and sometimes not. You may feel hot, cold tingling, involuntary movements, happy or sad; people can go through a gamut of emotions.

Please allow an additional 30 minutes for your first treatment, as we will need to complete a detailed consultation form beforehand. This will allow me to check for contra indications and work out the best individual treatment plan for your presenting conditions and preferences.

If you have private medical insurance, you may be able to claim back the cost of your treatments. I will provide you with an invoice with the AoR logo, which is accepted by most insurance companies.
